I purchased a 2014 Ram truck. I called sales person Tony on the phone and asked the cash price to drive off the lot, he had a number within 30 seconds. Tony also requested I call before making the 2 hour trip to be sure he still had it. When I arrived, Tony greeted me and put a plate on the truck for a test drive, he came back in the office with keys and said “take it out and see what you think”. I purchased the truck without a pushy sales OR finance person telling me I needed to add a bunch of “extras” to the cost. That was one of the best purchase transactions I’ve ever had, 15 minutes of paperwork and I was out the door with a truck.
The total buying experience was smooth and easy. Tony was easy to work with and a solid guy to buy from, Bruce was efficient and direct and made financing easy and fast.
A great small town, personal buying experience just like it should be. I will be buying from them again in the future.
